What You'll Do
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
Medication reminders and safety monitoring
Communicate any changes in client condition to the care team
Requirements
Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required — we will train the right person
Reliable transportation to client homes in our service area
Must pass a thorough background check
Compassionate, dependable, and professional
Ability to follow written and verbal care instructions

Part-Time Registered Nurse

What You'll Do
Conduct initial client assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide clinical oversight and supervision of caregiver staff
Monitor client health status and communicate with families and physicians
Perform skilled nursing visits as needed
Ensure care plans are updated and compliant with applicable regulations
Requirements
Active Maryland RN license in good standing
Current BLS or CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; home health experience preferred
Negative TB test or documented screening
Must pass a thorough background check
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
